Chain-grade tools, for independent gyms
GymSmartAccess started in 2025 in Corrientes, Argentina, from a simple observation: independent gyms do the same work as a chain — collecting fees, controlling access, keeping members — but they do it with spreadsheets, cash and paper cards, because professional tools were built (and priced) for big companies.
We set out to close that gap: QR access control with no hardware, day-to-day management in one simple dashboard, and a price a neighborhood gym can afford. Today GymSmartAccess speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese, and works for gyms in any country.
How we work
No hype
We only promise what the product does today. If something isn’t available yet — automatic fee collection outside Argentina, for example — we tell you up front, on the page and when you write to us. We’d rather have a well-informed customer than a quick sale.
No friction
No hardware, no technicians and no app your members have to install. If setting it up takes more than 10 minutes, we treat that as a bug.
The gym owner is the hero
GymSmartAccess is the tool, not the star. You do the hard work at your gym every day; our job is to take the admin off your plate.
Who’s behind it
We’re a small product and engineering team based in Corrientes, Argentina. That means two things: every product decision is made by people who talk to gym owners every week, and when you write to support, you don’t get an outsourced bot — you get the people who build the system.
