Your members check in with the QR code
Once a member has signed up, they get in by scanning the QR code at the door with their phone, with no app to download. At the front desk, your tablet shows GREEN if they are up to date or RED if their fee is overdue, and every entry is recorded with its date and time.
What happens after the 10 minutes?
Once it is set up, your gym runs itself. When a member pays, their access opens; when it expires or goes unpaid, it closes at once. And you get notices about new members, payments and members who fall behind.
